Sometimes a video comes around that just makes you shake your head in disbelief. Take for example these guys from Nebraska in their dually diesel flatbed Ram, doing a smoky burnout. Lighting up the tires is nothing new, but these folks take things a step further by having another guy on an ATV in bed that is also smoking the tires. Finally, people are sitting on a couch in the bed taking the whole show in, as beer cans shoot out of the stacks.

There have been several stories recently about the scourge of rolling coal, i.e., diesel trucks modified to lay down a thick, black smoke screen, sometimes for vaguely political reasons. Whatever your opinion is on it, breathing in this much nasty stuff isn't exactly great for your health. Of course, it turns out that burning rubber is pretty awful, too. Both diesel and tire emissions contain cancer-causing Group 1 carcinogens. Combine them with the cigarette smoking here, and these guys are an oncologist's nightmare. Scroll down to take it all in for yourself. Warning, there is a little explicit language.

These kids are bush leauge. I am positive we could find a modded semi doing a burnout with a long enough bed attached to place the truck doing a burnout, with the ATV also doing a burnout.

Can someone recommend a new site that posts actual automotive news related content?

I'd say "Jalopnik" but they just post military stories about weapons now.

This site loves its politically-charged articles, while Jalopnik keeps posting "Foxtrot Alpha" stories instead of automotive content. I still prefer Jalopnik for articles with personality.

Petrolicious: http://petrolicious.com ... though they are light on current news, more about the culture and classics. They also produce some great original videos.

Wow...autoblog has an agenda and is trolling YouTube for coal videos. Now burnouts are uncool on a car site that posts 500hp cars on a regular basis. Sometimes doing burnouts! If this website is so upset, write your local representative. Even if it is unsafe and unhealthy, don't post it and bring attention to it then! Aol media: your current "bloggers" might be due for their quarterly review as they are attacking various areas of society as if they are the police of the internet. Please intervene before they start blogging religious issues next.

I totally agree with you, but you know dam well that all forms of media are infested with self serving liberals. GONE are the days of neutral reporting and allowing the public to make an informed decision. Its ALL about agendas.

If you think it's unique to liberals then you are part of the problem.

Hilarious video, well staged. They were making fun of the genuine rolling coal fans. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they were a group of college friends and gear-heads that did this stunt.
