It's no secret that the average Formula One pit crew present a master class in precision and speed. Of course, those talents are only really on display during pit stops, when they're basically just changing tires or making tiny adjustments. Considering this, it's fair to wonder how they'd do in something a bit more... soapy.

Yes, Mobil 1, which sponsors the McLaren-Mercedes Formula One team, put the Jenson Button's pit crew to work, transforming a typical London car wash into a high-performance operation, complete with wheel cleaning and a very, very large drying system.

Take a look below for the video. It gave us a chuckle.

That F1 car isn't the MP4-29. It looks like an MP4-24 with those wheel covers, but for advertising it has been put into 2014 livery. Loads of F1 teams do this.

Fun video. Those pit crews are amazing (under 3 seconds to change all 4 tires). From what I know about Jenson Button, he seems like a class act. I wish McLaren were more competitive the last couple of years because I'd like to see him on the podium more. What's with the carbon fiber wheels or wheel covers on the F1 car at 0:45?

My car deserves a good, thorough cleaning like this! She has been there for me whenever I needed her. That's why I strongly believe she deserves this. At first look, you'd say that she's not the most expensive, best-looking, luxurious car around - which is true - but once you get a chance to know her, you'd agree that she most certainly does deserve good treatment - especially a wash like this.
