It seems that Fast and Furious 7 is finally back in production. The UAE-based Speeed spotted crews from the movie filming in Abu Dhabi with help from the local police. According to Speeed, the production worked with the constabulary to shut down several roads in the metropolis and simulate a police chase with a Ferrari 458.

This is the first real evidence that Fast and Furious 7 is still being made. After production of the flick was suspended in the wake of Paul Walker's death, the future of the film was put in doubt. Then it was announced that the film was being rewritten, and Vin Diesel said that the release date had been pushed back to April 10, 2015. Walker is rumored to still appear in the movie because several of his scenes were completed prior to his passing.

Scroll down to watch the scene being filmed, and, if you're a fan of the series, get excited for next year when we can actually see it on the big screen.

This is not Fast and Furious. This is an ad for Abu Dhabi police. Don't believe everything you read on arab sites, lol.

It may be nice to find in the movie a bunch of GT86/FR-S/BRZ higly tuned. And an orange LFA Nurburgring.

      Wow, white-colored cars there much?
Yeah coz temperature here stays at 120-130 F for 6 months in the years, so if you park a black (or any dark colored car) in the sun for 1 hour only, then forget about cooling the car down even if you turn on the AC for 4 hours, that goes for interior too, nobody would take a car with black leather interior even if you give it to him for free, all cars have beige and off white interiors here

White colored cars don't absorb that much heat considering it's Dubai.

Loved most of the series, definitely 1-5, movie 6 was the worst blockbuster wannabe I've ever seen; nothing like the original movie, nor anything to do with cars other than they're in the actual movie. Let's hope 7 saves the series, but with Paul Walker gone and the story beaten and overused, I'm skeptical.
