The latest episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee has hit the web, ladies and gentlemen, starring none other than the 1981 DeLorean DMC-12, Patton Oswalt and, of course, Jerry Seinfeld. They do, as the title suggests, get coffee. But first, they take a good, long look at the gull-winged vehicle, discussing its stainless-steel construction and its place in history as the most recognizable time machine ever (fake) created.

Sadly for Seinfeld and Oswalt, but good for us since it gives the comedic duo plenty of time to discuss the finer points of storytelling and the life and potential death of Superman, the DeLorean proves itself to be a wee bit... shall we say, unreliable. We suggest you watch the show for yourself, but first, we'll leave you with this thought to ponder: Beware Satan's Crowbar.

Scroll down to watch the video below and all will become clear.

Oh man, Patton is so on point about the hipsterization of DTLA. Hilarious!

Bless you, Patton, for being the first guest on CiCGC to know and / or give a **** about what the car was. Great series - I love it.

Good episode, however that piece of junk broke down and was pouring coolant all over the road while filming.

Good piece. Jerry should bring the stinky bimmer back and do an episode with his old crew. That would be hilarious.

Jerry should have asked Jay Leno for a more reliable example.

Anyone notice Uber references in the fist and second episodes of this new season? Seems to me they're a new sponsor.
