We had plenty of nice things to say about the sleek, new Hyundai Genesis Sedan when we drove the Korean domestic market version late last month. And while we're still waiting to find out just when the new rear-driver will arrive in the US market, Hyundai's home-market operations have released a series of videos on the new sedan.

Now, unfortunately, all the videos are in Korean. While we haven't the foggiest idea of what they're actually saying, the eight videos in the series give a great look at the new Genesis Sedan in motion, as well as showing off some of the development process behind the newest member of the Hyundai family.

We've embedded all eight videos below for your viewing pleasure. Have a look below.

This new Genius is going to be a best seller already with its new looks inside and out! CTS is just too bland looking!

When I saw this in photos, I couldn't see any resemblance to other cars that people mention such as BMW,AUDI,etc...But I was very disappointed by the interior photos. I thought it was very conservative and old.Similar to 1999 Hyundai Equus. BUT...I saw this few days ago in person. Each person have different aspects so I won't say anything about that. You might not say wow but it is a VERY VERY GOOD CAR.They finally understand how to make a "CAR". There might be no wow factor but the seats are huge improvement. Infiniti and Lexus is kind of hard to compare. You'll see what I mean when you see in person.I felt 30-40 times much better in person.Interior was superb. IT TOTALLY IS A LUXURY...LUXURY CAR.excellent. Not only the materials but every controls and stuff are absolutely great. There is a huge car community site in Korea and Hyundai used to be teased by quality issues in Korea. People there don't usually say good things but so many bad things about Hyundai.Sometimes for no reason. This time, they were saying bad things by photos but in person.People say it is hard to say it resembles something or to be put down.I'm currently back in Korea and I see other foreign brands... most of the time BMW,Mercedes,or Porsche Panamera or Cayenne. After seeing this...you can't think about those cars.At least for me. This car have to see in person.I've always seen cheesy design or quality by Hyundai. You might not say wow but it sure was a good car...Material Quality and Options maybe the Top class. Much better than some of the high class.(XJ etc.) I was amazed especially by the seat, materials, and exterior design. Hyundai put every effort into this car. Some people will understand what I am saying when you see it in person. I am 90 percent sure think it will totally be a BOMB.At least in Korea. The size and design isn't cheesy like in photos.HUGE INTERIOR VOLUME.(similar to 5 series?or bigger) (What's bad:It's not been released yet but I think fuel efficiency is definitely a minus.) More huge improvements:Safety(doors are very thick and huge) Tons of options and real materials...Real wood, chrome etc. (At least for the option it could be a NO.1 in the world) seats are very very very comfortable. LandRoverish? (Not too hard and not too soft. You can't compare those of Lexus or Infiniti. Finally Hyundai can make a seat! I was really astonished by the seat comfort.) Also I could see they made so much effort on the noises from engine and everywhere... I don't find the sound system very good...and fuel efficiency. That's all. Anyways...I don't know about next gen.Sonata (The interior from spyshot was like ****...Exterior won't be good either from what I guess.) This car is totally different from other Hyundai and other cars you can't compare current gen.Genesis or Equus or Lexus or Infiniti. I don't find Audi good either. It was different from Hyundai we usually saw... Some photos from other blog: http://blog.naver.com/1981street?Redirect=Log&logNo=2020054388

Ofcourse not.I just wanted to tell it looks a lot different in person and how I felt it. I guess every car needs to be seen in person because it's hard to be judged by photos. You'll understand what I'm saying if you see the real car. See for yourself in person.

I'm liking it more and more. I would appear to be a very well balanced and dynamic vehicle. The interior looks enjoyable, offering up some very nice modern touches to really rival the competitors. The styling says lux and makes poignant statement. I can't wait to see it person and drive it for myself.

My thoughts exactly! From the side profile, it looks just like a BMW 5 series; from the front three-quarter view it looks like an Audi. The interior also has strong BMW overtones. Overall, a very nicely executed design.

I bought a Genesis V8 Jan 2009 sold it 11 months later at a loss of 11000. It was fuctup in snow ( 2 inches ), horrible horrible car. May buy it again as I loved the drive and interior BUT only if drivable in some snow.

Let me guess, you expected a RWD car without snow tires to be good in the snow.

Doesn't matter how many wheels your car drives, always get winters on separate wheels for winter season.
