The outrageous 1,750-horsepower Laraki Epitome caught us by surprise at Pebble Beach, and we caught it from plenty of different angles in photos. While we imagine the $2,000,000 Epitome is probably waiting outside Michael Bay's estate right now trying to get a walk-on part in Transformers 4, we have YouTuber user BrianZuk to thank for getting the sound of the alien auto form while it sat on Pebble's Concept Lawn.

When you check out the video below for a listen of the burble emanating from the four high-mounted pipes, the sound might be familiar since it comes from a 7.0-liter Chevrolet V8 – and as you'll hear, there's nothing wrong with that at all.

I could tell right away that is was an LS motor. Sadly that's the best part of that bloated mess.

Why would they design it this way? Because having money doesn't necessarily mean that you have a sense of style.

Some of the exterior pieces don't match up, and it is a bit tacky with some of it's mirror finishes. But I do love the shape of it, and the rear grille.

That things sounds way too raucous and unrefined to cost 2 mil. A car that much should only sound loud when you want it to. Otherwise it is rather pretty.

Mind if I take it for a spin? I'll be back in 6 weeks. Let's see the engine under the hood and what it can do on a track. 0-60 in 2 seconds or less? That is a truly unique car, the styling is maximum cool. 7-liter V-8? Get out.

No need to spend that much money on that monstrosity when you can just get a corvette and do what these guys did: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PznboTtpwA8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-p640grmvEc

I wonder how much lift this thing generates around the b-pillar area.

I can't judge it on anything but looks. To me, looks like someone was trying a little too hard to make a Bat mobile rather than make it actually look good. Might be a hell of a fun drive, though.
