By this point, we shouldn't be surprised by the oodles of random dashcam videos floating around the Internet, but this car crash definitely caught us off guard. As the video shows, a vehicle slowly navigating through a tight parking lot, and then we see what appears to be a Hyundai Getz pulling into the lot with a full head of steam before hitting our camera-mounted driver head-on.

Now it's completely unknown what caused the crash, but, purely speculating, we'd have to guess either a major distraction or some sort of medical condition is the culprit. Either way, the woman obviously wasn't wearing her seatbelt, and the many pedestrians (and the Kia driver) should feel fortunate they weren't involved as well. On top of the crash itself, it's also amazing how nonchalant the driver who was hit and some of the pedestrians were nearly run over reacted to the incident. Scroll down to watch the video.

Seeing her get tossed against the windshield like that... wake up call for seatbelts.
Wow, even at such a low speed she still got flung pretty hard into the windshield simply because she wasn't wearing a belt. This is a great personal reminder to always buckle up even if you're just making a "quick dash" to the store....or parking your car in Russia.

I bet she now knows what seat belts are for.

This is obviously a case of unintended acceleration.

I like how the guy with the red bucket watches the whole thing and just strolls on by casually. "Just another day in Russia."

This video reminds me of something I hate, people that speed through parking lots likes it's a race course or something there is no need for that. Or people that pull into a parking space with a full head of steam what's up with that? I remember one time some lady in a SUV blowing through a Wal-Mart parking lot ended up hitting several stray carts that went zooming and hitting other parked cars. Another instance some guy ran over a parked motorcycle because he just had to whip his car into the parking space not take his time and actually look to see if the space was clear. Then those impatient drivers that tailgate you in the parking lot, the hell is wrong with them. Nothing wrong with driving cautiously in a parking lot you are suppose to for safety.

Texting + Vodka + Blondeness, I mean she's not even wearing a seatbelt

This sort of stuff always surprises me. I mean, how do you not see another car in the road in front of you? I was parked facing forward in the side lot of a convenience store one morning (it had diagonal spaces which edged up to a walkway and then the blank wall of the store), when I heard all this honking, screeching and shouting. I looked in the rearview to see a Maxima (maybe I30) flying through the intersection and heading right for me. I didn't have enough time to back out, so I had to gun it , moving forward over those low concrete parking barriers, while hooking a hard right, trying to get as parallel to the wall as I could and out of the way. The Maxima missed me by inches and slammed into (and partially through) the wall of the store. I would've probably been killed had it hit me, I had just gotten into my car and hadn't buckled up yet. Anyway, I ran over to the Maxima to see if the driver was alright. This woman is screaming hysterically, "My brakes went out!" I reached across her to the e-brake and pulled it up, saying, "That's what this is for." Later on the convenience store owner told me the tow truck driver and cops said the brakes were working fine and that she had apparently been trying to change shoes while driving. It should piss me off, thinking about it, but it makes me feel lucky as all hell instead.

Looks like she was looking right at the car all the way.

I love how most of the guys just walk past like they don't give a chit

I love how the car that was pulling out just rushes as if it didn't want to get involved haha

Yeesh - narcolepsy maybe. Stroke? Pretty sure she wasn't "with it" directly after that turn in. Reviewing in slo-mo shows her head limp and tilted back - she was a rag doll upon impact.
