Nissan Motor Corp has announced they are voluntarily recalling over three-quarters of a million vehicles worldwide for steering wheel issues. The No. 2 Japanese automaker will recall 841,000 vehicles worldwide, include the Micra compact car and the Cube.

The recalls affects vehicles built between 2002 and 2006 that were produced in Britain and Japan. The recalls affects vehicles sold to worldwide markets however, including Nissans sold in Japan, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa, Latin American and the Middle East.

The steering wheel bolt was not properly tightened in these vehicles and could cause the steering wheel to stop functioning. According to NBC News Buisness no accidents, injuries, or deaths have been reported.

According to Reuters, Nissan will fix the glitch by either tightening the bolts or replacing the steering wheel.
