The Poncho is dead. Long live the Poncho. Like certain other reoccurring personal maladies, the aftermarket community simply can't let the Trans Am go without another flare up. The guys at Trans Am Depot have worked up a quick commercial for their newest creation: The 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition, and it watches pretty much like you'd expect it to. The footage is comprised of just about every TA male fantasy you can conceive of, from Daisy Dukes and white tank tops to tramp stamps, bikinis and ice cream cones. There simply aren't words for what you'll see below.

Of course, we like our T-Tops as much as the next guy. If you like what you see in the videos, you can pick up your very own TA by heading over to the Trans Am Depot site. The guys even have Chevrolet Camaro-based versions of the Pontiac GTO if the '77 TA treatment is too much for your tastes. Enjoy, but don't say we didn't warn you.

I like this car way more than I want to admit to myself.

Every Trans Am over time made the Camaro look meh. Not everyone likes the Trans Am's but I would choose it over the Camaro's just for the styling alone. The Phoenix mythos is quite fitting for the Trans Am, same car reborn more aggressive and stronger. Long live the Phoenix.

It funny. All these redneck white trash mullet wearing comments. No one in that category can afford one of these cars. They will all go into the hands of wealthy people

\"...the awesome bird\"? Did he seriously say that? Great movie. That\'s when I fell in love with the Trans Am. It was just a Bulldog on steroids. East bound and down...

If only they had kept Pontiac around as a niche brand.

Pontiac was supposed to be the performance brand. Between the Aztec, Vibe, and minivans, it was more of a joke. It says something when the Saturn Sky looked more aggressive and sporty than the Solstice.

I agree the Sky looked way better. I wish they had made a hard lid version of it like they did the Solstice. I really like those cars, especially the Mallet version with the Corvette V8s... but when I see the fit on those convertible tops, I just cringe.

I preferred the styling of the Solstice. The sky just looked like a mini Corvette to me, whereas the Solstice was original and unique.

The commercial was cheesy as hell, but still great, and kinda perfect in its own way. Now they just need one recreating a scene from Bandit. As for the car, I have to admit I really like it, at least for what it is. It's more or less like a kit-car, but it works. These guys could just secretly get bought out by GM for a Pontiac revival.

Would love to see Toby Keith in the black one as "The Bandit" running decoy for a load of medical marijuana from one legal state to the next. Miranda Lambert can drive the high tech rig with cell, radar and camera jammers in the cab..........but who's gonna play "Smokey"?

Toby Keith is a no talent HACK. But yes we do need a remake of smokey and the bandit. It will probably be no where near as good as the original but that's ok
