Alexi Volkov, a Russian bus driver known as "The Punisher," doesn't tolerate anyone who cuts him off while he's on the job. Rather than attempting to take evasive maneuvers, Volkov simply lets his bus roll into the offending party's vehicle. He boasts that he's been involved in over 100 accidents and posts dash-cam videos of the collisions to YouTube. Somewhat miraculously, his employer doesn't seem concerned with his driving record, and Volkov says so long as the accidents aren't his fault and the damage minor, no one gets upset.

What about the passengers on the bus? The driver says no one has ever been injured in the bumps, so they have nothing to complain about. Meanwhile, Volkov says conditions are gradually improving thanks to his "educational work." Check out his highlight reel in the video below, and then let us know how you feel about Volkov's tactics in the Comments – Is he a menace or does he deserve a medal?

Oh, and one more thing: Please remember to be courteous to your fellow drivers.

I don't care if people cut me off -as long as they floor it and I don't have to brake. Sometimes it seems like people are in a hurry to get in front of you and then they drive 10mph under the speed limit.

Thinking back to all the people who have cut me off, that was so pleasing to watch...

Everyone of the accidents was caused by people cutting this guy off and hitting the brakes. They all deserved what they got. Especially the box van he turned sideways. He wasn't even clear of the bus. I am glad he has a dash cam to prove they were not his fault, it is prob the only way he kept his job.

Well it should be obvious WHY Russians have cameras installed: people try to cut in front then step on the brakes without any reason to do so, except for insurance scams.

Russians might be the worst drivers in the world after all... Unless all those ppl did that with a purpose.

Those are actually attempts at insurance scam. Bus company = deep pockets, however since the deed is on video the scammers only ended up with rear ended cars and must pay for the repair out of their own pockets. This is one of the reasons why there are dash cams everywhere in Russia. Other are police misconduct and extortion, physical altercations and theft prevention by leaving the cams on even while parked.

That is a freaking hero. I wish I could get away with that here in NY. People do stupid crap and are inconsiderate of others around them. A little shock value might go a long way in remembering next time before you cut someone off, especially a bus, duh?

I'm not usually one to encourage crashes, but honestly in the situations shown in the video, he did what I would have wanted to do. It's no high-road behavior, but we all know those drivers deserved what they got.
