There's nothing quite like memories of ones first car to rev up the engine to the old wayback machine. No matter what your age, it seems, thinking of that car you had when you were young tends to stir reminiscence of happy days and simpler times.
Such was the case with Joe and Beverly Smith, we're told, who always pined for the 1948 Plymouth Convertible that they had when they were first married, and were forced to sell when Joe was shipped out to Korea. Knowing that this was the case, son Joel Smith worked to effect a very special surprise for his parents' 60th wedding anniversary. Clearly, Joel was raised right.
