During a drifting session at Irwindale Speedway in California, Ken Block made a boo-boo that would send a number of drivers immediately back to the infield. But there's an answer to "What do you do when you bash the wall while drifting and your wheel explodes?" and there's completely different answer when the question begins with the phrase, "When you're Ken Block..."

Instead of us telling you how Block handled the calamity in his Ford Fiesta competition car, you can watch it happen in the video below. You can probably also guess what it is – but it's more fun to watch.

What is "Just Ain't Care", who made that, are they retarded?? use proper English, your audience isn't as dumb as you think.

Was kind of thinking the same thing. Perhaps they wanted to be similar to "Honey Badger don't care" but didn't want to use the same words. But this is the same crowd that watches "Do work" and "Ridiculousness" so... I guess it goes with the culture. It's clever. Just not as clever as they think it is.

Nice advertisement for your wheel company. I especially like the way they just shattered like glass. Let me know who makes them...so I never consider them in the future.

They're actually supposed to break on impact like that to avoid damaging more expensive suspension or drivetrain parts.

Andre, which is easier to change on a rally stage? A wheel, or an upright, control arm and strut?

"My fifteen52 tarmac wheels are designed to shatter on impact. That way, my techs can just install a fresh set while all the expensive suspension bits stay safe." From Ken Block's facebook page-

I normally have nothing against Block or his brand empire he built up (actually admire it in some ways), but this "I break [stuff] and I don't care" tagline is just, ugh. Reminds me of the spoiled "bro's" I went to HS with, though that may be appropriate when taking into consideration his traditional customer base.

I thought showing off drifting talent was about getting as close to the wall as possible with out hitting it? This just looks sloppy. Not saying I could do any better. but...

I wonder how those Fifteen52 wheels would compare with the Compomotive MOs (that they're shamelessly ripping off) in an impact test. And, to all those calling him a WRC driver. Ogier has scored 12 more points in his one rally for VW than Block did in the six rallies that he competed in in 2012. Keep drifting around those Segways, man!

I'm going to assume he did go straight back to the infield just like anyone else, since the video doesn't show him driving any more with the broken wheel. I would also be willing to think this was an accident...except they showed 2 broken wheels, meaning they did this at least twice.
