There are plenty of great reasons to look forward to the upcoming three-day Labor Day weekend, but is a Toyota Camry one of them? While a special-edition Camry might not sound as exciting as the numerous parties or cookouts taking place this weekend, Toyota is giving its dealers a special way to celebrate with the new SE Sport Limited Edition added to the 2012 Camry line equipped with the four-cylinder engine.

Essentially, this car is a more attractive value package that combines a few popular options bundled together for a low(er) price. The 2012 Camry SE Sport Limited Edition will have a starting price of $25,995 (*not including delivery charges) which is about a $2,700 premium compared to the 2012 Camry SE. The package will include added equipment such as navigation, Toyota's Entune infotainment (a $2,405 option on its own), power sunroof and power driver's seat.

Toyota livened this package up a little more with exclusive features like the 18-inch, smoked-finish wheels and a Blizzard Pearl paint that will only be produced between September 12 through November 12. The Camry SE Sport that shoppers can find in dealers this weekend will come in Barcelona Red and Attitude Black. Read the official announcement below.

Since when does "Sport" = automatic transmissions, in car infotainment, navigation, sunroof & power seats. I always thought these things were lux items, not sport. Wheres the sport?

      Isn't that a V6 SE without the V6. LOL.

So this is Toyota's idea of "sport"? Additional equipment that would make it heavier? Oh yes, it has new paint too.

What the hell is Attitude Black? I am surprised that they didn't put out Flanders White.

I have no problem with this car, I think they look decent. But, it's a confusing model. It's essentially the 3.5SE with a 4cyl. Why is the 4cyl SE model just the same as the V6 minus the engine. I thought that's how it was in the previous model. The 2 SE's were pretty much identical minus engine. Not with different wheels and options like it is now.

Camry and Sport are complete oxymorons ... I laugh whenever I see a Toyota Corolla or Camry with an "s" badge. Really ?? Nice body kit and gutless performance with numb steering topped off with fade prone sponge brakes... It's line "Cajun vegetable lasagna"... No thanks! Great marketing lies never cease to amaze me.. Reliable, sure.. Value, maybe.. But Sport? LOL!! Camry is a comfortable beige jacket, meant to warm its cozy owner to a catatonic sleep like state of emotional comfort and apathy... Surely painting it as a leather jacket will just get it beat up on the playground

The V6 Camry isn't even that good. It may be fast in a straight line, but it has sloppy handling. For the record, the Mazda6 V6, VW Passat VR6 DSG, and Subaru Legacy GT all have better straight line times than the Camry and will outhandle it.

Nobody will admit it- but this is a clean and handsome car. Nobody wants to admit he likes a Camry, just like nobody wants to admit that a scooter can be more fun than a motorcycle.

"Clean and handsome car" Haha right. As much as Bane (from Batman) is clean and handsome.
