Sony's Crackle has released the second, and much longer, promo for Jerry Seinfeld's upcoming web show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Contrary to the placement of the word "cars" in the title and the first car-centric promo, this trailer suggests are appears only incidentally related to the program; this looks much more like comedians hanging out and chatting in coffee shops, and they needed a better method of transportation than buses or donkeys.

There will undoubtedly be some car talk, and we won't complain about whatever we'll get since it will probably center around samples from Seinfeld's excellent collection. We really just hope the show is funny, and while the promo below has promise, it looks like we'll have to wait for the show itself to see about that.

For this to be interesting enough to want to watch it, they would have to change the whole premise's focus. It would have to be: Cars: With Comedians Getting Coffee. It's just I'd rather watch Top Gear instead of Top Comic.

Even if it's not great, it will still be better than 99.5% of the garbage they put on television these days. I'm in.

Alec is funny because of his temper, It's nice to see Kramer again. George got fat, Elaine had a show named Christine, Jerry does comedy once a year and made that bee movie a few years ago, Larry had a hit show with curb your enthusiasm so Kramers is the only one that hasn't really done anything for his career he just ruined it by going on a black racist rant at the laugh theater couple years ago.

That's fine. Seinfeld is well known as an aficionado and collector of cars. Some rare. Some very expensive. But that doesn't mean I want to hear him talk about cars. I've got the autoblog podcast to hear people talk about cars. Seinfeld, I just want to hear him and his funny guests being funny. I don't care where they are or where they're going when they are doing it.

out of the bunch, Alec Baldwin is the only one that isn't funny. He's never funny, no matter how hard he tries.... and he has a rotten temper
