If you had one evening to record a promotional video and photo shoot, a full camera crew and the only Dodge Dart rally car in existence, what would you do with it? If you're Travis Pastrana, you bring your buddies from Red Bull with you to Chrysler's Chelsea Proving Grounds and you film them filming you hooning the bejeezus out of it.

By now, you've probably already seen the video Dodge released showing Pastrana's exploits in the race-spec Dart, full of slow-motion scenes and plenty of full-throttle drifting on tarmac and off. If not, click here. Since two minutes and 44 seconds of said footage is good, eight minutes of it can only be better, right? Right.

Watch it all unfold in the video below.

Big deal(!) . . . the car is STILL nothing more than a piece-of-sh*t Fiat and, subsequently, will spend at least 50% of it's useful life in repair shops(!). I applaud Chrysler for trying to build a reputable image for the Dart, but anyone who has a history with Fiats (and Alfas for that matter) will know that's all just a cover-up for the inadequacy of the car.

OH yes... and I remember that guy that crossed the border to Columbus... You need to make fortress all around Columbus, because Pancho Villa can get over there again. c'mon, you are talking of cars that last where sold 25 years ago, with engineering from the 70's and 80's. Put yourself up to date.

If AB put as much effort into making articles on actual GOOD race drivers as they do on Travis Pastrana & Ken Block, it'd be much more interesting. So sick of hearing about these two. Just a couple of stunt drivers as far as i'm concerned.

The comments here are just amazing. Brand new car, brand new racer not yet sorted out and already so many of you know exactly what will happen in the future. Perhaps an application for the position of God might be a good career move, although it would be good to be able to differentiate between a documentary and a promotion film before making any moves.

More like about a minute of actual driving. The thing looks great in rally trim.
