The BMW M135i is still doing development laps, but that hasn't stopped BMW from getting prospective buyers ready for it. In a 1:44 promo called "It!", two adults play the kiddies' favorite game in the hot hatches through the container-box lanes of an empty port at night.

If you're dead-set against the car then this probably won't make you like it, but this does lay down the first promotional marker in the 1,000-horsepower M135i/Mercedes-Benz A25 AMG/Audi RS3. battle. Take a look below to watch.

To each his own; I like it. I wish it were offered in the states. I would love an understated sporty hatch that most consumers here wouldn't think twice about. I so don't want to be mistaken for the majority of douche-bags driving 3-series simply because of the badge alone. C'mon BMW deliver an adult version of the GTI to our shores please.

I love it how the names of the M models are all screwed up. Maybe BMW should figure this out for the whole model line

Of course BMW would never give us any decent hatch like this besides those stupid "GT" rectangles... ugh.

Why do you people on the other side of the pond get all the fun. I love 5 door/3 door hatchback cars. When I was in Germany, I rented a BM2 120i and loved it and after reading some comments below, I went to check out the Audi RS3. Well, we cant get the BMW 120i, the M135i or the Audi RS3 here in the States. I guess all auto manufactures think that all Americans like big fat slow SUVs.

It's not quite in the league of the RS3 or the M135i, but you should check out the Golf R.

RS3 is the only one i could possibly consider, just because the M's a mess and the Merc looks like a mini mini van

Mini mini-van? You will eat your words if you ever see the new A-Class in person. I guarantee it.

I liked this look on the Z3 coupe but this doesn't seem to pull it off.
