We got a look at pictures of the Kia KH Concept/K9 a short time ago. It's a looker that's got a whole lotta BMW going on. We still don't know anything definitive about its internals other than that the big Kia is the BH platform-mate of the Hyundai Genesis and Equus.

It's also been caught on South Korean highways from just about every angle. Check it out in the videos after the jump and see what you think.

The sedan is still in search of a name, too. Among those suggested by Kia fans are Sleek, Majestic, Amanti, Prime, Cerulean and Tempest. Check in at Kia's Facebook page to throw your own naming ideas into the mix.

I'm going in the other direction of the majority here... I love this car. It's a great step in the right direction for Hyundai/Kia. With the Genesis Sedan, Equus, and this, they're going to be looked at as quite the competitor. The Equus has been getting non-stop good reviews, and the Genesis has been shown that Hyundai can build a good luxury car. You guys that keep complaining about how this is a blatant ripoff of BMW, need to realize that these 3 cars are Hyundai/Kia's first venture into the luxury RWD segment. Yes, they look like they ripped off some of BMW's styling cues. But that doesn't make them a Chinese manufacturer. Give them a few more years, and we might actually see something completely original come from them.

Come on, people, it doesn't look like a BMW. This is what a BMW would look like if the draughtsperson didn't have a hit of narcotic-induced narcolepsy with pen in hand. It's better looking than ANY Beamer on the road. Though I do agree about the side vents.

I think it looks BETTER than the last-gen 5-series, and possibly even better than the current one. There! I said it and I don't even care - that's a very nice looking large sedan and even though it takes quite a few styling cues from the Germans, I think they might have actually one-upped them this time.

This definitely has it's own identity in the Kia family and looks luxurious.

After watching the video, I don't see any similarity with the 7 series (except that both are full size sedans).

Just when you think Hyundai/Kia are starting to get respect in the automobile world, they come out with a BMW rip off.

A looker? Looks more like a hooker! Maybe pimps will like it!

You can’t be a car enthusiast if you cannot differentiate this car from a BMW 5-series. It’s like saying the Hyundai Tiburon looks like a Ferrari.

Honestly it's a sexy ass car derivative or not.
