What do you do when you want to cast your cute little city car as a truly bad ass performance machine? How about hiring an infamous drug enthusiast actor, a guy who insists he has "tiger blood" flowing through his veins?

Yes, that's right, Fiat has enlisted none other than Charlie Sheen to promote its Abarth-tuned version of the 500 here in the States. Sheen's appearance in the commercial is brief, portraying himself hot-shoeing the small car around a palatial home – indoors, during a party, mind you – while under "house arrest." Sheen, of course, is the former star of Two and a Half Men, who was reportedly the highest-paid actor on television before being fired for badmouthing the show's creator last year. Sheen's antics also included demanding a 50 percent raise and threatening a lawsuit against his employers, despite being hospitalized for substance abuse-related issues at least three times.

The Fiat 500 Abarth goes on sale this spring, while Sheen's new FX series, Anger Management, premieres on Thursday, June 28 at 9 p.m.

      The combination of suit and anklet, I expected Matt Bomer--aka. Neal Caffrey. He portrays the "bad boy" persona much better than Charlie Sheen.

      I'm going to try that as soon as someone can help me get my car up to my second floor 800 square foot apartment.

      Charlie has more money than brains, which is a perfect fit for this tremendously overpriced Eye-talyun POS.

      I don't like him, but I liked this commercial anyway. It's clever, and he is rather well known with the youth. Oh, and it's always nice to see the Abarth lady again.

        Unfortunately, yes, the youth will embrace him and idolize him. Good tie in with the Abarth chick.

      It's whacky, it promotes self-destruction, behavior which won't be accepted by many. I love it!!! But then again, I'm a fan of Charlie Sheen because he's one of few people who don't bore me to death with their logic, long-term thinking, health, etc etc. I loathe normality and this car isn't for normal people.

      It looked low-budget. And Catrinel Menghia from the last commercial is way to classy for him. He dates porn stars and Catrinel strikes me as more sophisticated than that. I love this car, but this commercial is a turn-off and comes off contrived. Even the car action stinks, where in the first one at least it was exciting.

      This vid is clearly aimed at hetero males, but what hetero male would want this....regardless of the Abarth moniker. It's still a gay / chick car.... the J.Lo ads were way more appropriate.

        @AP1_S2K
        So no hetero male would want this Abarth because why? It's small, fast, lite weight, has a short wheel base, handles great and has a great heritage. Not to mention affordable. Is that not something you want from a sports car? I do. If you think this car will make you feel gay then you have some insecurity issues you need to work out buddy.

          Unfortunately, I don't see this car as a that projects "sporty", "fast", "high performance", and its not because of the low weight, or heritage, its because it honestly is not appealing to look at, be seen in by a male in American society. It clarify my point; BMW has a fantastic heritage & sure I'd drive their cars, but one BMW which gives the same sense when looking at this Fiat 500 is the BMW Isetta. & if you want to know what kind of male in America would be associated with it: Google "family matters" and a guy named Erkel drove this car. anyways, i hope this helps clear up possible cultural preferences globally as to why this car will never be a "guy's car" in the states. http://www.google.com/imgres?q=erkel%27s+bmw&hl=en&sa=X&biw=1680&bih=944&tbm=isch&prmd=imvns&tbnid=m8KMk3uF4DSN4M:&imgrefurl=http://androry.tumblr.com/post/7584102621&docid=lEt_og3tcHGXdM&imgurl=http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_loagadTFz71qzo1ifo1_500.jpg&w=476&h=375&ei=MC1dT4SvMcLn0QHBvP3CDw&zoom=1
