Give us your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free. But most of all, give us your supercars.

There have been far too many that were never homologated for the American market, but thankfully the new McLaren MP4-12C isn't one of them. McLaren Automotive has set up an entire network of dealers across these United States – and even one in Canada! Which is all well and fine, but ain't worth jack if they don't have stock.

Fortunately that's exactly what has arrived at the Port of Baltimore and proliferated across the country. It's enough to have us looking at what our extraneous organs would be worth on the black market, and you can see it for yourself in the video after the jump. (Pay close attention and you just might notice one passing something rather unique on Rodeo Drive.)

I saw one of these pull out of a driveway near my (family) home out in a suburb of Chicago when I was there about a month ago. Hell, it was probably right around New Year's. Was wondering how he got it so fast. Was going to stop and ask but didn't want to geek out too hard. Most likely got it through Lake Forest Sports Cars or some other connection.

The McLaren dealership in Toronto, Ontario has already sold 35 of the capital MP4-12c's which is quite a lot considering it's just one city! That was as of about 30 days ago too.

looks like there were many orders for the Volcano-Orange. .....not my personal favorite color for this...... Surprisingly nice in white, a color that really kills car if the lines and proportions aren't spot on - which I didn't believe this was.

I have seen a white one, orange metallic and blacked out MP4-12C. The orange looks a bit F1 wannabe, the blacked out one looks generic. White with carbon fiber blade is the best color on this supercar. Though the MP4 doesn't stand out visually, the quality of engineering shines through in the subtle details. I will go check it out after work again in person, I am intrigued by the carbon fiber chassis and its unique suspension system engineering. Great next generation supercar from McLaren.

Most beautiful simple classic sports car style. I'm in love. Every other car looks like to be trying to hard. Aventador...lol screams I have erectile dysfunction.

That first shot of it sitting in front of Cowboys Stadium is the perfect shot. They're both huge engineering exercises. But I guess you can call me biased seeing as I'm from Texas and am a fan of the Cowboys AND the Rangers. GO RANGERS!!!

This thing has soul!!! True heritage and passion in the simplistic clean beautiful lines. This car is much more stunning when viewed in person. The ferrari's and lambos seem ROBOTIC and SOUL-LESS....TRUE TOOLS. The MaClaren tho has heart!
