Hyundai Canada had its own ad for the Super Bowl, and instead of a cheetah they went for a more elusive beast: Sasquatch. Created to push the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, the "Country Drive" spot highlights a couple who are amazed at what they find on a drive through the woods. From the Sasquatch's perspective, the feeling's mutual.

The Canadians didn't stop there: they made nine "Sasquatch on Set" clips to show what it's like working with yeti. Strangely, he never takes an interest in the Genesis Coupe when he's not working, but you can check out all the spots after the jump.

for hundreds of thousands of years, these guys mind their own business, existing separately from us sapiens. we usurp and encroach on their habitat and now they are forced to literally come out of the woodwork to make fools of themselves endorsing snack food and sports coupes to survive AND DESPITE ALL OF THIS YOU SLUR THEIR GOOD NAME BY REFERRING TO THEM AS "YETI"!!! The North American Sasquatch is a proud, independent species, please do not confuse them with their distant brute ice cousins who didn't have the gumption or the drive to cross the Bering strait before it was too late. thank you.

this commercial is super funny. it's about being surprised by a weird creature, and then him being surpised by the producet. how perfect is that. get real. as a canadian this is funny. but then again, some of the garbage you americans have to deal with might ruin that. but who knows, we don't suffer from the same pathetic ads you do.

Jim Carry is Canadian, and he's funny. Pamela Anderson is too, and she is/was hot. I don't mind Canadians, I'm just not crazy about their weather is all. If it was tropical, I'd be all over it.
