Last time we checked in with Subaru Canada's commercial front we were greeted by the sexy side of sumo, a half ton of rikishi getting lathered up on car hoods and being fed strawberries. Woof.

The wrestlers have taken a break for this new commercial, which features Subie employees and a few customers showing off their schwerve just because they live in a Subaru world. It's a little out there, but we'll admit, the salesman's got some moves. Check out Subaru of Canada's newest ad spot after the jump.

I'll look to Subaru Canada when they stop overcharging me 30% above the US price.

The sumo ad was good, a bit surrealistic a bit Felliini-esque (pun intended). This is also great, Ilike the start with the designer sharpening the pen, here in JPN old wooden pencils are still alive, in USE everywhere, people seems to love them.

They sure are excited over boring vehicles.

Not bad. It made mi giggle.

Meh. Watch it again in mute, and you'll see its a rather lame ad. They aren't really doing anything particularly funny or even interesting and they simply use the music to try to pull it all together. I love Subarus, but this isn't really a good ad.

Probably the worst car commercial, ever.

Beastie Boys meets Resevoir Dogs....for the Win! Great commercial that takes a swipe at some of the typically mundane tasks in designing, building, and selling a car. 9/10.

Could use a bit more reservoir dogs but on the right track.

A million times better than the American Subaru ads, which make make Subie owners out to be a bunch of absent minded mouth breathing morons with horrible senses of direction, all set to that god-awful folky hipster music you'll never hear anywhere outside of a Portland coffee shop or car commercial. Makes me actually want to look at the car, not scoff "the glasses are on your head, dumb*ss," or "yeah honey, you just married an idiot. Good luck with that."

Tell me that you at least debated putting this up.
