Work is coming along nicely on the Nissan Juke-R. The automaker has released another video in its series of build clips, and fabricators have begun tweaking the Juke chassis to accept all the drive line, suspension and brake components from the mighty GT-R. This just goes to further enforce one of the great laws of modification: there's nothing a plasma cutter can't fix. The newest video also details the kind of cage work that has gone into making sure the high-horsepower Juke-R can keep its occupants safe in the event of a catastrophic collision.

You know, the kind of collision that happens when you plop 530 horsepower into a short-wheelbase crossover. Speaking of engines, Nissan says that putting the monster turbocharged V6 into the Juke engine bay is the next step in the process. Hit the jump to see the video for yourself.

How is it bigoted to say that it is a lively little SUV? Or did you think he was actually calling a vehicle a homosexual?

Well first off, he implied that only homosexuals drive it. Secondly, I'm not gay. But if I was, Monte, why would it be a bad thing?

No amount of heavy metal music can make that engineer seem any less nerdy. Regardless, i love what he's working on.
