We're convinced that Forza Motorsport is out to take over the universe. With the racing simulator's only real competitor, Gran Turismo, sucking wind, the title is kicking in teeth and taking what it wants. An example, you ask? Not only will Forza 4 feature the M12 FAV Warthog from Halo, the combat vehicle will receive an introduction from none other than Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame. How's that for a few of your favorite worlds colliding? Word has it that the Warthog isn't the only vehicle that will receive the Jezza treatment, as the game's Autovista mode will introduce players to a wide variety of new metal.

Clarkson approaches the imaginary attack vehicle with his typical sarcasm and snark, which results in the kind of hilarity that we've come to know and love from the portly presenter and columnist. Hit the jump to check out the video for yourself, and cruise on over to the Forza site for more information on Forza 4.

"What is that thing?" "I don't know, looks like some kind of car." "A car?! How come they get a car?" "What are you complaining about? We're going to get a tank in the very next drop." "You can't pick up chicks in a tank."

Including the Warthog is completely unnecessary... But that's not going to stop me from trying to top the Nurburgring leaderboards with it!

I don't think the vehicle can be driven in game; only looked at. Sorry to have pee'd on your parade.

What's the point of including it when you can't drive it? I think I'll just play Halo then :D

That was pretty funny. Now I want an XBOX to hear his explanations on all the cars in the game haha.

I'm more of a Sony guy, but someone give me a 360, FM4, Kinect, a racing wheel that's actually compatible, and, oh, about 1000 more hours of summer.

OH Please :-/!!! How about Forza 4 bring something revolutionary to the table instead of this latest bag of HYPE. "Hey...let's put socially popular things on our things (especially on those things that have nothing to do with our core product), and the people will buy it!" So...basically the Forza crew are taking marketing tactics from "The New Kids on the Block" and ever boy-band since then?! (read: lunch boxes, shower curtains, board games, etc.).......THEF**KOUTTAHEREWITHTHATBULLSH!T! :-/

Ladies and Gentlemen, the 4 year old has spoken. Bow to him, with your lunchboxes and perishables, and offer him your Dunk-A-Roo's and Fruit by the Foot's for all his incredulous knowledge. For he is all knowing, all caring, and leader of thy Jungle Gym.

I own a PS3 and a 360; and anybody who is defending GT5 is an idiot. There is simply no comparison. Forza blows GT out of the water in every aspect except car detail, and even then, it's only on the 'ultra detailed' cars that GT has. Frankly, who cares. Forza has is better to drive, has better AI, better damage, better music, more modifications, a huge active community, etc. GT sucks.

Maybe you just suck at GT5. Forza is the best car game on consoles, GT5 is the best car sim on console.

Keep telling yourself that. As I said, I own both systems. There is no comparison. One is a great game for today, the other is a polished version of a game that came out in 1999 with better graphics.

I think GT5 is a horrible game in "typical" track conditions. On a rainy track, or a dirt track, or snow, GT5 really shines above Forza - As it's much more realistic.

I think you should mention the warthog isn't a drivable vehicle, it's limited strictly to autovista mode. I myself prefer the GranTurismo series over the Forza series. The GT roster is more than twice the size of Forza 4's, and that's only counting the cars on the disc. It sure will be interesting to watch both companies battle it out once Forza 4 finally does release, though. I know I'll be playing both often.

You neglected to mention that only an 8th of those cars have the detail of all 500 forza 4 cars.

like bob said only about one tenth of the cars have derivable interiors. also no one needs 40 different honda civics.

The Forza series has been better IMHO since the third one that came out. They innovate tons of new features THAT WORK, and it doesn't take FOREVER to release their next version of their game. Now if they can just put in other types of racing - off-road, F1, NASCAR, etc. it will smoke Gran Turismo.

So you think Forza is better because they put in things that detract from actual racing? What a moron.

it hasn't completely killed me, but it took a good chunk of wind out of my sails from picking up a XBox... My PS3 broke, was using my roomates, he moved out, now I have no system. Was hoping to buy a system today and its Forza 4 vs free online game play, probably the biggest decision in my life ahead of house, current job and most important current mode of transportation :D
