Chrysler has quietly unveiled the 2012 Delta for the UK. Essentially a rebadged Lancia, the Delta features a revised grille and can be equipped with options such as xenon headlights, a panoramic sunroof, an automatic parking system and GPS navigation. Under hood, four engines are offered:
  • 1.4-liter T-Jet gasoline with 118 hp and 152 lb-ft of torque
  • 1.4-liter MultiAir gasoline with 138 hp and 170 lb-ft of torque
  • 1.6-liter MultiJet diesel with 118 hp and 222 lb-ft of torque
  • 2.0-liter MultiJet diesel with 162 hp and 266 lb-ft of torque
Chrysler has yet to release full specs on the 2012 Delta, but reports say the 2.0-liter MultiJet diesel engine will deliver up to 51.1 (U.S.) miles per gallon on the highway and have a CO2 emissions rating of 120 grams per kilometer. UK pricing will be released closer to the Delta's March of 2012 launch date.

There's no official word on Chrysler's U.S. intentions for the fuel-sipping hatch, but we'd still like to hear your thoughts on the Delta, so drop us a line in comments below.
