Following the official release of a handful of sketches and an unofficial reveal of the camo'd prototype, Audi has put out a brief teaser clip of its Urban Concept ahead of its official reveal at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

We still don't have much in the way of details – and the video doesn't provide any new information – but what we do know is that the 1+1 EV is the next in a string of etron-branded concepts, with 21-inch wheels, two electric motors and a lithium-on battery pack. We'll have more in a few week's time, but until then... jump.

Good looking design. And it has to be well balanced, the driver is sitting directly between the front and rear wheels. Visually the weight looks to be perfectly balanced. Bet this car is a lot of fun to drive.

Funny how "urban" always involves huge rims. Do like the fact that its electric though. Easy to sneak up with my 9 and bust a cap. /s Smaller wheels please.

Urban doesn't equate to "geeky" and ugly. Proportionally-sized wheels improve vehicle appearance. If you feel strongly, though, about having 5-inch wheels on your car and people pointing fingers at you when you drive, I am sure you can buy "after-market rims" from the a scooter shop near you for $50 a pair.

So smaller wheels=5 inch wheels? I can't see where I wanted that small of a wheel. I simply stated smaller. And apparently you also gained from my statement that "I feel strongly" and somehow I worry about "people pointing fingers". Dang, man your a sheep. One can easily tell you live your life how others think you should live. Get your own mind. Good day sir!

You think those wheels are proportionate? If those are 18" wheels, that car is 6' long and 3' tall. Sorry, they're huge wheels.

They'll be 21'' and if you've saw the video before bashing others you could have see that the wheels are proportionally smaller in real life, sketches and concept drawings always have huge ass wheels.

I just paid $22.87 for an iPad2-64GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $675 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, BidsGet.com

Looks nice, but those fender flares are a bit crazy...maybe they can make it the a.5 series :)

Those aren't fender flares, they're fenders on an open wheel design.

So in a rear end crash, the back wheels absorb most of the impact? I know it's just a concept, but it still looks strange having the rear wheels/fenders hanging out back like that..
