The Fourth of July is right around the corner, which means fireworks, alcohol-fueled patriotism and dogs hiding under beds. July also holds another day on the calender that's cause for celebration, at least for fans of U.S. Top Gear. Tanner Foust, Adam Ferrara and Rutledge Wood are back for season two, which premieres July 24 at 10pm EST on the History Channel.

We fully expect the comment section below to be filled with folks on both sides of the fence. Some of you are ready to support the show, others wrote it off before episode one even aired, and many are caught somewhere in the middle.

We're already hearing rumblings that the hosts are feeling much more comfortable with their chemistry this season and that the entire TG USA team is feeling more confident about the shows they are about to deliver, but the proof will be in this season's pudding.

Keep Tanner Faust and replace the other two guys with Tim Allen and Jerry Seinfeld ... then I'll watch.

Am I the only one that finds UK top gear funny a lot of times just because they're British? They just say silly British things that make me laugh. I didn't think Top Gear US was "bad," I just think part of it is they're not British.

I liked it, and I'm glad it's back. No, it wasn't the British Top Gear, but like everyone is saying, they've had years to get it right. A car show is a car show, I'll watch them all.

Man TGUSA, TGUK, and Adam Carolla's new show! We should rejoice in out new found choices. No need to critique, we all know they will have bumps, but if you can't find enough good in all those shows, get back on your porch and yell at some kids you old codger!

I'll be watching both U.S. Top Gear and SPEED's The Car Show. I'm looking forward to the new season of U.K. Top Gear, too. I was a little disappointed with the Car Science show.

I enjoyed the first season, there was some awkwardness but overall I was entertained, I'm certainly looking forward to the new season.

Keep Tanner , dump the other two, their personalities don't bring anything to the table. At least Tanner can bring some technical feedback on the driving experiences. The other two guys are for comic relief and they're not good at it.

I wanted to like it, but even Motorweek is more entertaining and informative.

Yuck, can't they just rebroadcast TGUK? The TV idiots filled TGUS with people that normal people can't relate to, or don't like.

Has anyone actually seen the first season or two of the UK Top Gear? It was almost unwatchable at times. I say give these guys a chance and see what they can do.
