The Crusher at Evergreen Speedway – Click above to watch the video after the jump

This may not come as a shock, but as kids, we desperately wanted to become a Knight Rider reruns, but we were always smitten with the no-consequences glory of a good fender-to-fender bust up. That's exactly why we have the utmost respect for the man in the video after the jump.

Josh Beckel has earned a reputation for himself as a guy who's willing to do anything behind the wheel in and around Washington state, and he recently attempted to set a world record by crashing a car into not one, not two, not three, but four buses standing like dominoes.

Beckel is known as The Crusher for obvious reasons, and he more than lived up to his namesake at the Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington. How'd he do? You'll have to hit the jump to see for yourself.

It's like Angry Birds, except with cars instead of birds and gas instead of a slingshot. He even has the generic red car with no special double tab ability!

The third bus was too short... the last bus should have been the third one, and he needed a heavier car. momentum = mass x velocity.

The stunt designer must have taken the short bus as a child......

Looks like it would have worked if they put bus number 4 in place of bus number 3. Hope the driver was Ok.

Exactly - Bus #2's wheels caught on bus #3. I thought these people were supposed to be professionals!?!

I am no scientist and knew by looking at the picture I could tell that it was not going to work. I knew the second I saw it that the third buss was too small and too close to complete the domino topple.

I think it was intended that the car get stuck in the first bus and slowly fall to the ground with the bus, instead of bouncin off the bus and slamming sideways into the ground. I believe the roof of the first bus was weakened at the impact point to facilitate "getting stuck".
