HKS is an aftermarket automotive tuning company that was founded in Japan back in 1973. In 1982, the company expanded and HKS USA was established. Sadly, the HKS team has decided it's time to shut down U.S. operations and consolidate work with its Japanese headquarters. HKS will continue to sell parts in the United States. [Source: Jalopnik]
