P4/5 Competizione takes on the Paul Ricard Circuit – Click above to watch video after the jump

We've seen the P4/5 Competizione take to the track on clear days as well as days mired in fog. Now the team is out on the Paul Ricard Circuit in Le Castellet, France. Rather than watch from the outside as the James Glickenhaus-owned racecar tears up the course, we are treated to an in-cabin view that looks out the front windshield.

Click past the jump to get a first-person point-of-view of what it's like behind the wheel of the P4/5 Competizione. Thanks to all for the tips!

I kind of agree with you thethirdpedal. At least autoblog didn't put some gay prius news or hybrid crap up.

Who would have thought that their street F430 (EPA and Federilized car) would end up at Paul Ricard as a P4/5, amazing. Both the car and track are just stunning.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but is anyone else tired of hearing about this car already?

Hell no, we don't get enough!

Our First race will be a 6 Hour at The Ring on April 2.
Hope to see some of you there.

I find this whole project a big waste of time. Race cars should be all about winning, not looks. This is the Anna Kournikova of race cars. And that's not good.

Uh what? Just because it's based on a one-off that it's not meant to win? The car is built upon an F430 GTC, a championship winning breed and winner of the Petit, Sebring, and Le Mans. How do you figure this isn't going to win the Nurburgring 24?
