"Where my mother fathers at?" We're not entirely sure what Toyota has in store, but the Japanese automaker has tweeted that it will unveil the "Swagger Wagon Supreme" at SEMA next Tuesday. We can only assume it'll be tarted-up Sienna minivan, and apparently Brian Huskey, the rappin' father figure in the popular ads will be on hand when it is revealed. What, no Swagger Mommy? I don't know how that happened, but I find the Sienna to be looking more sportier than the rest of their lineup, especially in the SE trim. What has the world come to?

        +1

A3, A4 Avant, WRX/STi 5door would also qualify IMHO for those without coin for an RS6

Any other fans of the Swagger Mom? She's hot, and is in a completely different league than that wimp hubby of hers! She's also on the Progress Insurance "European Shoulder Bag" commercial as the wife of another wimp. I'm seeing a trend here......
Yes, she's the only redeeming part of the entire ad campaign.

There is nothing cool about a Toyota, much less their "swagger wagon"(rolls eyes so hard they get stuck).
Yes Erik, Toyota is once again attempting to inject false confidence into its insecure customers.
There are some cool Toyotas, but they are not in production any longer. You're right though, there is absolutely nothing cool about a Sienna. I guess the humor of the ad is in the effort to make something so utterly uncool look cool?

        Classic guy! I completely agree!

"The things we make Make us" maybe more serious but I think is a much better campaign slogan!!!!
Ugh, I can't stand the whole "swagger wagon" thing.
Really? I think it's the funniest car advertisment I have seen for quite some time. Toyota has a 5 min. long "swagger wageon" rap video on youtube that is pretty funny as well. Toyota has a winner on their hands with their latest advertising.

Best car commercial of the year and I am NOT a Toyota fan...
"No one on the corner have swagger like us, swagger like us, swagger swagger like us."

They should totally use that song for the unveiling.

      @ Erik:

The "swagger wagon" humor is a self-deprecating nod to the target market. I often joke about my "rock star lifestyle," generally while changing a baby's diaper while coercing our four-year-old into eating his tater tots. Same thing.

Gotcha, thanks for explaining. I guess I just didn't get it cause I'm not a parent yet.

      Uh oh.

thus ensuring Chevy runs deep is not the worst ad campaign out there.

I dont mind Chevy runs deep but they already have heartbeat of America and Like a rock. tart those up with some modern imagery and music and the taglines still play well.

The reason why Swagger Mommy isn't going to be there is because she's busy being a new mom. She looked 8-months pregnant in their latest ads because she was actually very much pregnant. So I'm guessing she's on a maternity leave of sorts. She just gave birth a week ago, so SEMA's probably the last thing on her mind right now.

I cant stand them because they arent wagons, their freaking minivans. A wagon isnt 7 feet tall and handle like a matress with 4 wheels. I think I will stick to my 97 outback WAGON.
        Outback.
Subaru markets those as SUVs. Subaru quit selling wagons in the USA.

Just saw this on Toyota's Twitter feed:

Sienna "Swagger Wagon Supreme" almost done! Has "spa seat", 8 ft clear roof and air suspension (lowered 4.2 in!) Stay tuned for #SEMA pics.

That swagger wagon ad campaign is fantastic.
