Englishman Perry Watkins has already built the world's smallest car, at just over 39 inches high, and the Flatmobile (pictured), that's 30 inches high. Adding to that list of palmares, Watkins took the record for the fastest "piece of furniture," placing a dinner table with settings for four – including chairs – on top of a nitrous-boosted Reliant Scimitar engine. Over two runs on a 500-meter track in Nottinghamshire, he averaged almost 114 miles per hour. The name of his record-setting dining table: Fast Food, natch. He displaces a sofa that only went 92 mph three years ago.

        ...and...?

        (there's always a second part)

"...and his dining room has a garage door instead of a window."

So this was the Stig's negotiation table.

I would call it fastest dining room furniture. The fastest living room furniture (http://www.livingroomfurniturenow.com/) would be much slower due to weight of the living room sofas.

The Flatmobile in the picture is obviously lower than 30 inches high. A quick search told me the height is only 19 inches. It's also jet powered. Very nice.

He needs to apply to CARB for much more than $2 million, and deserves it equally as much as Lotus. CC would approve.

The guy from Wheeler Dealers, Ed, is really into doing this stuff. I know he made a desk that went over 80.
Edd is boss as hell. 6' 7" and will gladly scrape his knees driving around in an old MG.

Mike seems like I'd get annoyed with him. Edd seems like the kind of guy I'd hang out with and be friends with.
