At that price point, the average buyer of the IS-F isn't going to notice the difference.

Spot on comment! This is too little to even notice any change in the price. The overall discount should be a 4-digit one to make any difference...

"I didn't think anyone on autoblog, or anyone that cares about driving for that matter, would drive a Lexus. Interesting how they cared to let us know.

And by all means I don't mean to offend you if you do own a Lexus/Toyota, I just didn't expect anyone on here to."

I both daily drive and track my IS F and regularly browse autoblog. No offense taken, as actual car enthusiast can and do read autoblog, and also enjoy what cars Lexus, and other brands, have to offer.

However, given seat-time and education from professionals, you realize most comments on here which discredit a given car or brand, aren't spoken from much experience, so you let the internet be the internet. If you love cars, get out there and drive them, as the good driver will trump the vehicle in most any situation.

Interesting point. I was just thinking that because of all the bad reviews/comments, nobody that goes to this site would buy one. I suppose the IS-F and the LF-A are the exceptions, but why did you choose an IS-F over an M3?

And by no means am I some Lexus/Toyota hater, I don't really care about brands. I just always get the impression that at least of now, they are making boring cars to drive, which is something I wouldn't expect someone on autoblog to make. Again, the IS-F and LF-A might be different, I wouldn't know. And again, I haven't driven all of their cars since I don't think there's any way I'd be able to go and do that, so I was just curious.

      NICE

I wonder if these parts will fit the CT ?

Sweet! I'm adding another 12 exhaust pipes to my IS-F.

then why buy anything? just punch some more holes in the bumper.

Will those brakes fit on my Camry? I have 15" steel wheels if that matters. The front springs are worn out and the struts are shot.
Why would it fit on 15"? It looks like it has trouble fitting into a 17" already...

You have to realize that not all Lexus' & Toyota's are Corolla-like. Take the IS350/F and GS430/460, they all offer V6's and V8's with 300+ HP and RWD. I care about driving and I'm an enthusiast, I love me some cars! I bought an IS350 since I just sold my Supra and needed something fun as a DD, it has a full JUN exhaust and an F-Sport Intake, it puts a smile every time I take it for a spin. But after test driving an IS-F this weekend, I would recommend taking one out for a spin... I'd bet money that it would put a smile on your face from ear to ear.
