Think City EV – Click above to watch video after the jump

The Think City electric vehicle (EVs) may not top everyone's list of desirable battery-powered vehicles that are coming stateside soon, but mayhaps it should. With features like dent- and scratch-resistant plastic body panels that require no polishing or waxing and an updated 22 kWh Enerdel lithium-ion battery pack, the Think City EV is a solid urban runabout that offers 100 miles of zero-emission driving per charge. By year's end, Think plans on importing 500 City EVs from Finland for fleet use in the U.S. Beginning next year, the company hopes to offer the Think City to the general public at a projected base price of $30,000.

Perhaps you're mildly interested in the Think City and would like to learn a little more about it. If so, then you'll be pleased to know that this week's episode of Green Overdrive puts the Think City to the test. The brief clip touches on aspects of pricing, availability and the benefits of plastic panels, but also offers up some behind-the-wheel time. Follow us after the jump to watch video of the Think City in action.
