It's been almost three whole months since we last saw M5 spy shots, but someone from BMW decided to change that by leaving the slightly camo'ed M-powered sedan unattended in a parking lot. There isn't much more to note on the exterior, save for catching what could be the production wheels and their whopping Pirelli tires. But now there are shots of the interior and new items like the seats, shift knob and tachometer with the greatly reduced redline. Click the link for more photos, and get ready to see it in person soon.

I heard the 'bulging hood' is only so big because of pedestrian safety regulations (to meet the rule about distance between hood and engine)

I distinctly remember the delay for the E60 M5 being precisely this drawn out and long. :-/

You pretty much get tired of waiting, but the upside to it is that when it hits, BAM.

Still waiting for that bam... lol

"Nice 8 speed automatic in the CTS, oh wait GM is late on the that front."

Automatic? Do you want the video screens on the back of the headrests for your insipid brats to go with that?
