Seriously, what was the point of that?

We don't write nasty comments about your "Flaming D-bag Podcast", we just don't listen. Please do us the same favor.

      Lucas.

Well, it may not be our most rollicking good times, but stick with us for a few episodes and give some constructive criticism!

Two words explain why manual transmission trucks are all stripped out: work trucks. Contractors, farmers, or anybody operating a real work fleet is going to try to get the cheapest models available, as well as minimize repair costs. They're going to work the trucks hard, and the transmission is going to wear out. Anybody doing serious hauling, towing, or operating off road will also want the greater control that comes with a stick shift. Can't believe these guys didn't touch on that.

You guys talked about the issue with the adaptive cruise shutting off in heavy rain or when the sensors got iced over and wanted to override it and use regular cruise control. Why would you want to use cruise control in those conditions?
I would think it would be safer to keep your foot over/on the throttle or brake yourself.
It forces the drive to actually 'drive' in less than ideal conditions.
