I agree as well. I was in awe at the line up in the garage this podcast. I'd love to for you guys to get a Aston Martin Rapide to review just so you can compare it to the panamera.

I wonder why you guys never recommend a GTO for people that are looking for used pony/muscle cars. Come on 400 hp LS2 that can be had used for under 20K.
You guys recommend used challengers which cost more and has less rear seat room.
+1 on a G8 but they cost more than a used GTO and weigh more.

Frankly, I forget about the GTO until I see one out on the street, and you're right. It's a sound pick. I would have recc'd the G8 regardless, since the guy was coming out of a Phaeton and stated he had kids, though.

This weeks show was awesome! Now you guys know why I'm so pumped every time I call in ....

Driving a LS3 vette with the Z51 and NPP exhaust rocks! I bought the 1lt interior because I don't give a crap about the quality of the leather on the dash!

Hammer the throttle...dive into the turns brake hard...no matter what you ask of this 50 grand car...that I got for 44.5 grand...is unbelievable..

I paid cash its such a ridiculously low price (for what you get) I wanted every second behind the wheel to be all about enjoying the drive...!!!

I got the remote Mild to wild device on the NPP because after awhile with the fuse pulled you can get a drone at 2000 rpms on the highway thats less than fantastic to hear for hours on the hwy etc...(thats why the corvette buyers dig NPP exhausts but also like having the ability to set it to stock mode which is set pretty much to open the exhaust full bore at about 3500 rpms ..

even though I don't have the Grand sport...which came out 2 years later.. I would have had it been available at the time I bought....yet with that said..my black on black Z51 coupe ROCKS!..

I keep the roof off all spring summer and fall... ..its light and easy to put on and take but I figure why bother...

For 44 grand? if it gets stolen...I'll just buy a new one!

BTW..I dumped the runflats at 18K miles and threw a set of Hankook Evo 12's on for 684 delivered ..from discount tire direct.com......These things make the corvette feel as if it lost 200 or 300 lbs.. (unsprung weight lose probably 25 lbs but when its unsprung weight losss...its multiplied by like 8 times..

The car shrinks around you ...with these new non runflat tires and mid corner handling improves dramatically! Smooth as silk ride and like my z06 before...I just threw a 2 dollar plug kit and a 20 dollar cigarette lighter air pump in case of a flat..

Anyways! Thanks again for an awesome corvette review. Glad to hear you come over to the dark side! I posted on a few of the vette forums so my buddies can enjoy hearing you guys enjoying your time with the new 2010 manual grand sport!

My next vettes going to be a C7 especially if they see fit to option it up with a DSG..

The technology although not perfect...is dam impressive for consistant hardcore perfection...

I can never download your podcast directly from my iPhone 3GS via itunes. It always gives me an error when processing after it has downloaded. Any suggestions? I can download it fine on my computer.
