Now here's an option box we'd gladly check. Audi will be offering its Titanium Package on A4 (both sedan and Avant), A5 Coupe, S4 and S5 Coupe models for the 2011 model year. Essentially, this removes the bright chrome trim on the grille surround and window treatment, and adds some large, attractive wheels and some sportier interior touches. Hot stuff.

The exact Titanium specs vary from model to model, but they include things like 19-inch RS-style wheels, piano black interior trim, sport suspension and sport seats. Exact pricing hasn't been released just yet, but customers will soon be able to order these sexier Audis from dealerships in the near future, with the first examples hitting the streets in the near future. For the full details on what each Titanium package includes, head over to Fourtitude for the complete listing.

So that'll be happening in the near future then?

      Who writes this crap.

I have this on my 2007 A4 and it makes a big difference in the appearance of the car, The black headliner is a nice touch too.

        Gruv-
What are you driving? Just curious since you're talking so much trash.

A 95 S6 Avant with mods. A4s are for bitches.

Darn, Looks like you can get it on the A or S cars, but not on an A-Car with the S-Line package. -1 on that. I prefer the S-Line package on pretty much any Audi and the option of adding the Titanium package(or at least deleting the chrome) would be pretty nice.

For when you want to pay more to make it look like your car is covered in base model plastic......

For me the chrome accents make it look more stylish and upmarket. For most manufactuers, less chrome accents = lower spec model.

Fhp11, it's you and people like you who ruin things for the rest of us.

Audis had bright trim in the '70s, but were one one of the first manufacturers to tone it down in the '80s, carrying through the late '90s. Then it came back in fashion.

Strangely, I see it the other way. I see fewer and fewer upscale cars adding chrome for no reason for the most part. For instance, think of how many luxury cars or sports cars have superfluous chrome on them. There aren't too many. It's the lower level automakers that seem to want to spruce up their offerings with more and more chrome in my opinion.

But there are also many buyers, such as myself, who prefer less chrome regardless of trim level. I'm extremely glad that the only chrome on my car are the badges. I wouldn't have it any other way.

doesnt Ford already have a titanium package

I ordered the Titanium Package on my 2006 A4 Avant. My car is all black, with the blacked out grill, all black interior (the piano black trim looks great), and the wheels are dark gray 15 spoke wheels. It was only an additional $400 in 2006, although you had to have already added the premium package and the S-Line package to add the Titanium package. It'll be interesting to see how much they charge now.

Ford offers a titanium trim level on most of the Euro fords and is just now starting to offer a titanium package in the US (Flex, Focus)

I know of a Platinum package on the F150, but not on other models.

You're comparing Audi to Ford? You can keep your plastic dashboard.
      Yuck. Never liked that look.
I like this look hope they make it on all models

Very nice.....man is there anything Audi does wrong?
looks like you can get it on the A3 too
So pretty much NOT an S-car. Should be hit with the lemmings.
I drive a real S-car, and I'm annoyed at Audi's brand dillution with all the s-line cosmetic nonsense, and this wannabe S-car trim level. Get the one that goes fast, or drive a boring car. Your choice. The people who want to look like they have the performance model, but are really driving the lame version, are complete idiots.

What do you drive tough guy?
Well, AB– it looks like in the near future you can order this car in the near future.

      *snicker*

Never been a fan of titanium. The greenhouse looks odd without the chrome trim. Ick.
