KBB spends time aloft in the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor – Click above to watch video after the jump

Do we even need to say again that we love the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor? No? All right. But we do. Anyway, if we can't be actually driving the thing, what we'll take after that is someone else properly driving it and getting high-def video, especially if said footage involves jumps.

The folks at Kelley Blue Book have filmed just such a video, in which it offers nine suggestions of the things you should definitely do in one, and while our favorite is jumping, we wouldn't mind trying out Tip #6: Drive it like we're being chased by murderous robots. Since that one will probably come true. Rather soon. And we could use some practice. Follow the jump for the vid.

Lots of poser journalists try to pull off the Top Gear list thing, but I think KBB is the first one to really make it work.

      GREAT video!

"Follow the Jump for the vid"

I see what you did there.

Haha I can't believe I actually just watched a video made by the vehicle depreciation specialists advising to go out and about and thrash the Raptor as much as possible and as hard as you want?!

Awesome truck. But buying it used is probably not a good idea since you REALLY won't know just how much its been through with the past owner lol.

Most of these will barely see gravel. :p

This truck is completely balls to the wall insane. I don't know HOW they got this thing past the bean counters and I don't care. I have absolutely no use for a truck like this, and I WANT ONE.

Some employees at a local Ford dealership decided to take one for a spin when they first got them in and they took it off a pretty big jump, bent the frame, and tried to say it was already like that. The truck had already been sold. They are no longer employed at the dealership.

Mmmm, can't wait to buy one of these and put 24" chrome rims and low profiles! Add some instant class with a nice bed-spoiler. Thuggin'!

        I'm really hoping that's sarcasm...

This being KBB, isn't everything they're recommending tank the Raptor's resale value?
I've flogged a lifted F-150 for 5 years through mud, deep water, snow, sand, dust, gravel...

None of them had the wear-and-tear affects of being a daily driver. That's what did it in.

And that was 10 years ago, and even my mod efforts couldn't make a truck as awesome as the Raptor.

I'll bet this truck prefers jumping on soft sand to stop-and-go tarmac driving.

so they can pick one up on the cheap.

Sup with the glaring typos in article titles recently ? It's not like they're hard to miss in all their giant, bold un-spellchecked glory...

This said - Oh Raptor, I'll take two of you... I'll probably need one for spares quite quickly, given the abuse I'm imagining... :)

I was going to ask "I wonder what the WH appointed psychologist board member over at GM would think of this vehicle?" but then who the #$@& cares what she thinks!!!

      I love this truck.
