SR Auto Group's custom Lamborghini Reventón wheels – Click above for high-res image gallery

This post here is only about two things: Car pr0n and wheels. Vancouver's SR Auto Group has Lamborghini Reventón number three out of 20, and they've been charged with making it even more special. The first thing they did was work with wheelmaker ADV.1 to develop the ADV05, a gunmetal five-spoker with a matte black lip. It worked. After that, they sent us high-res photos. The rest we leave up to up you...

I like the original ones best.

Agreed. The wheels are pretty boring considering what car they're on (plus the look too close to AMG rims to me). If you are going to swap the original rims, at least have a radical design to go with the radical car. Heck, my BMW Contours are more interesting looking than those.

Yawn... I'm with you guys. They remind me of the split five spokes which were so popular 2000-2005.... Just my two centavos...

Damn, this may not be the prettiest car, but it just looks so FEROCIOUS.

The original wheels are in one of the pictures (and not on the car). I think they should have left it alone. The new wheels aren't very special, IMO.

If you OWN a PICASSO, you do NOT paint on top of IT! Get it!

ADV1 wheels are badass, but not badass enough for the reventon.

good, this car was definetly lacking originality...wait, what?
the stock wheels have carbon fiber, batman-shuriken style blades to cool the brakes better!
how is putting rims lifted from a bog standard AMG merc an improvement?
Yeah I don't see the point. Why purchase an extremely rare car with tailor-made rims to go along with the insane styling, and then put on these AMG-styled rims? It doesn't look bad, but it takes away some of it crazyness.

      Very nice photos...

I don't recall what the original wheels looked like but these look great too. Of course if brake performance (or any performance) suffers then no sale.... (as if I could ever afford it, or the wheels - LOL)

that just bastardizes the car :

I was at SR last week and saw the car in person. You know a car is special when you don't immediately notice the SLR 722 and the 911 Turbo parked immediately behind it...

Funny, I have that reaction to the reventon in general, regardless of irrelevant mods

The owner must have needed a new set of wheels for winter tires, right? Why else would you take custom wheels and replace them with a set off of something as (comparatively) common as a Lotus Exige with the LSS Package?

This car just looks like it's gonna shoot rockets at you.

I liked the original wheels better.

Nevermind the R8 in the background, not special enough
