The phrase "new BMW M5" has always found the words "immense anticipation" lurking somewhere close by, and this latest version maintains that union. An HGH-injected iteration of the 5 Series was spotted apparently testing its traction control in some northern land of frosted flakes, wearing a very subtle look.
As outlined by CAR recently, the M-fünf is expected to pump out 570 horsepower through a direct-injected, twin-turbo V8. Auto Express suggests that the changes to the car will be less extensive than in previous editions. Still, this prototype is probably still missing a few of the burly bits we can expect to see on the final car, which should show its face at the Paris Motor Show later this year.

I've always been a big fan of the M5 and M6 V10 engine but I'm really excited to see what the twin-turbo 4.4-litre V8 is going to turn out like.

The 1-series is pretty ugly - the greenhouse is too tall & bulbous. Not a pretty car. If BMW had brought back the ti semi-hatch styling for the 1, that'd have been better.

Personally, I like the X6 best, followed by the 5s. The 3 is OK, but rather pedestrian.

Good to see that the horsepower wars continue, even if the overall displacement is smaller. The new E63 AMG is an awesome machine but supposedly only going to be a one-year vehicle. So when the new M5 comes out, a new E55 AMG will be out as well--maybe with 550+ HP?

        A 3 Series is huge?

        Are you a midget?

I'm not saying the thing is tiny, but it is certainly not huge.

The 1 Series sucks. It's the last 3 Series platform with a smaller body and it's ugly
        The 1 is less than a 100 pounds lighter than a 3.

        If I wanted a 2 door, I'd get a 370Z. Less $, Less weight and 102 more HP than a 128i.

I have latly been looking at 1's and i have to say that the cheapest one, i believe it is called 128 is absolutly gourgeous. Why would anyone buy those huge 3's and 5's. And you can get 1 at around 30K.

Through the usual haze of weird ideas Sea Urchin actually has a point.

The 5 has gotten very big and heavy. The 3 is really a better size for people who don't need huge back seats.

u mean "...who dont need back seats."

the backseats in the 3's, C's, and A4's are all jokes.
