When we first stumbled upon this video from the fertile minds at DC Shoes – think Travis Pastrana and Ken Block – we asked ourselves the only logical question we could muster: What the heck is a Shoe Bike? Turns out that it's exactly what you'd expect – that is, if you'd ever expect such a thing to exist at all, but we digress. Travis Pastrana's Shoe Bike is a motocross machine that's had its wheels replaced with rolling hoops made from DC Shoes.
As you might expect, Pastrana has some crazy things in mind for the Shoe Bike... not the least of which are plenty of insane jumps many riders would never attempt even with standard rolling stock, sustained wheelies and burnouts. Right, with shoes instead of tires. Backflips? Sure, why not. This is Travis Pastrana after all. See for yourself in the video pasted after the break.

I get a huge kick out of all of Ken Blocks video's. I think it's cuz he doesn't take himself seriously, that that's what I would want to do if i had that money and those friends.

Well said. They should start their own show. Just for all the extreme vehicles. I'd watch it. It would be like "Jackass" meets "Top Gear". Total win.

i agree 100% with u. And stumpy for that matter. Ken n Travis should start their own show, i like the rob derek show, but another verison with ken block n travis pastrana would be freeking awesome. And yes Ken Block can be serious because most of us cant even start a small business from the ground up, and he build 1 successful 1, making lots of money.
