VIDEO: Ken Block Gymkhana spoof is criminally awesome

Ken Block's two Gymkhana practice videos have set the bar for four-wheeled video entertainment, but the crew from IMV is here to prove that you don't need a Crawford-tuned Subaru WRX STI, a stratospheric budget and an abandoned airport to serve up the thrills.
With a beaten base Impreza, a few sets of tires and enough fireworks to send Patton cowering under a desk, the creators of Scumballers and Team Torque have created ten full minutes of epic hoontastic footage, although it looks like much of the vehicular tomfoolery takes place on open public roads, something we don't exactly approve of or recommend. In either case, make the jump to check it out. Hat tip to Evotec.

All you could ask for would be for that to have been a prius. Makes everything much funnier.

Pointless, f*ckung boring and a perfect waste of ten minutes of my life...
Oh, and throwing plastic covers on the road while other people use that same road is real mature and responsable. The sub avoided the plastic, but what if there were a motorcycle following it, sees it too late and gets tangled up in that plastic. All for the sake of one dumb hillbilly video...

Seems like you could have figured that our by the writeup. Why did you waste your time?

Remove the corncob, drink a cold beer and watch it again. This is misspending one's youth at it's best!

Highlarious. Good thing this wasn't shot in Australia or their car would already be impounded. It may get impounded anyway.

Probably a 20% drivetrain loss plus whatever compression loss since date of manufacture.
Cougs 4:14PM (7/13/2009)
Thats engine hp; the video stated wheel hp.
