North Carolina's Supercar Sensation gets you behind the wheel without breaking the bank

You've seen this concept before: Most folks can neither afford to buy exotic supercars, nor do they yearn for the headaches of ownership. But hey, it sure would be nice to get behind the wheel once in a while. That's where Supercar Sensation comes in.
They own the cars, they organize the drives; you just show up, cash in hand and they'll handle the rest. Most importantly, unlike the supercar clubs that have been folding left and right, there's no five-figure membership fee. Supercar Sensation's garage includes a Ferrari F430, Lamborghini Gallardo, Porsche 911 Turbo, Nissan GT-R, Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster, BMW M3 and Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG available to drive in autocross-style track sessions and open-road drive packages starting at $199. Piquing your interest? Follow the link to the company's website for more information.

Yup very cool, and quite inexpensive compared to other options out there.

While in Charlotte you can also swing by Gastonia and do some dirt track racing. Here's the website for that company: http://www.driveondirt.com/

Unfortunately, someone did drive our 1st GTR off the road during a tour. Supercar Sensation strives to keep the tours as safe and enjoyable as possible, but this driver was not able to handle the GTR in rainy conditions. We have a brand new GTR for you to drive however. None of our other supercars, including our 911 Turbo, have ever been involved in an accident. Hope to see you all in Charlotte! We do have annual passes for unlimited drives for only $1499!! Check out our website.

Yep, GT-R did get wrecked during a particularly rainy drive.
(Interesting that it was a sophisticated AWD car that went off the road!)

That's interesting. I hadn't heard that.
When I drove their GT-R in some extremely wet and foggy conditions, I was very impressed with how well it put the power down and how composed it stayed.
I was also impressed that the GT-R didn't drive like a heavy tank even though it is one. :)

There's only so much amateur driving that fancy AWD system can correct.
One year for $1499? Unlimited drives??? I'm moving to Charlotte! I wonder what the statute of limitations are on "unlimited". Could I really show up every Saturday and Sunday with my driving shoes on and heel-and-toe these babies all day? That sounds like the best entertainment value money can buy!

$299 for four hours in a GT-R, Vantage Roadster, and F430? Yes please.

If I had just known about this a few months ago, this would've been a GREAT graduation gift for a relative and myself. Damn

The M3 and C63 are the affordable Supercars. For many of our customers, these cars represent the one's they would actually consider buying. It's a thrill to compare the performance with the true exotics back to back. People are amazed with the performance of the AMG and M3 products. We plan to acquire an R8 at some point as business picks up....
Thanks for your support!! Lets have fun and drive..

Well, for 50 Euro--if you are ever in Maranello Italy you can take an F430 out for about 30min in its natural environment. :)
