Aston Martin unveils the first completed One-77 in Italy

Prominently featured on the Aston Martin stand on the first day of this year's Geneva Motor show was the rolling chassis of the very first One-77 prototype. By day two it had been be removed and replaced by the unfortunate Lagonda concept. The chassis had to be returned to the UK so that the bodywork and interior could be added. This week, the finished car had its coming out party on the shores of Italy's Lake Como, home to the rich and famous.
The exterior was no surprise since we had already seen the styling buck and renderings, but this was the first time the finished interior had been shown. No doubt purchasers of the 77 examples will all have the opportunity to customize the finish, materials and color combinations before Aston Martin begins deliveries late this year. Hopefully, our friends at Aston Martin will give us the opportunity to take one for a spin before they're all gone. Thanks to Jayho for the tip!

Best looking $2mm car I've ever seen...

Autoblog made a mistake. They wrote "Aston Martin" but I think that should be "Lougheed Martin."

oops, Lockheed Martin

I, somehow, forgot that the One-77 was going to be a front-engine vehicle.
I think I spent 20 minutes just looking at the engine/front suspension setup in amazement. Can't wait to see the performance specs and runs.

I think this is real hypercar like Lamborghini and it looks that machine guns are attached to it.......simply i love this car.

it might be on par with gallardo but it has nothing on murcielago and all the variants in terms of looks. It stands out only because its weird. Lambo, Zonda, Koenigsegg, bugatti are so much cooler and cheaper!! wtf??

I'm still undecided on the exterior. The rear looks fantastic, but the front still feels too aggressive. Not the subtle classiness that I've come to expect from Aston Martin.

I do agree with you, but when you are paying $1,000,000+ for a car, you probably want it to be as flashy as possible. I think all Astons are gorgeous but they really did have to make some drastic changes from their normal look to get people to want to buy this car. Overall I really do like this car though I think it works well.

too aggressive? afraid of getting your skirt caught in the door?

That car is an engineering marvel, but its looks are too bizarre for me

That engine bay makes it well worth the price. Stunning.

Agreed.
Although, something isn't quite right with the interior.

I'm not crazy about the looks, but man, that's one NICE interior.

Anyone else notice that it looks like the pictures above were taken at the same location as the end of Casino Royale/beginning of Quantum of Solace?
Fitting for Aston Martin to kick a little back at the 007 franchise.

The rear is awesome, but when you get around to the front, it's.. not pretty. It's like the good kid in class who has everything except a good dentist.

As gorgeous as the back of this car may be, that trunk opening is even smaller than the crossfire's.
