July 15 marks the day when sellers will have to start paying, but until then, sellers can list up to six vehicles for a seven-day stretch. Fees for insertion and successful listings are waived during this period to help the new option gain a foothold. eBay Motors Gets Local with Classified Ads for Used Cars
