VIDEO: Ken Block's newest creation leaks out

Click above to see Ken Block's WRX on tracks
The Rebel Alliance vehicle seen in above was apparently spotted at Guardsman Pass in Utah: a Subaru Impreza WRX rolling on a mighty set of treads wearing Ken Block's number and sponsorship paintjob. We have no idea how, why, or where he acquired such a vehicle, but we do know this much: Ken Block gets to have a lot more fun than the rest of us. Follow the jump to watch the vid.

Subaru and DC shoes ALWAYS have some fun stuff when it comes to rallying. I can't wait to see the vid of this thing doing some cool stuff on the web.

Those tracks have been around as conversion kits for a while. Didn't the originate in the land of the rising sun? I know Stacy on Trucks! built a rig with them.
But on a Scooby rally car.... I want more vidz

I'm more interested into why the guy on the right side of the road doesn't glance at or notice this vehicle with huge treads coming down the road....

Seriously. I'd stop and follow it much less look at it.

Those tracks have been available for years.... Still a cool project!

You are totally right!! I saw two years ago a VW Touareg in the VW museum in Wolfsburg, Germany with the same devices instead of wheels.

This is a whole new level of rice.

Anything Ken Block does is definitely not "Rice." Every mod he makes has a purpose. "Ricey mods" are pointless and gaudy.
Ken Block has more skill in his whiskers than most people dream of having. He has always been about extreme driving skill and doing things most only dream about. Please reference his jumps at the DC Snow sports park or his Gymkhanna(sp?) video.

At least I'm not putting ridiculous treads on a Japanese station wagon or riding Ken Block's nuts.

Your comment is a whole new level of fail.

+1 - Beat me to it. Been around for awhile and given the way Ken likes to use his car to play, seems a natural evolution.

"Ken Block gets to have much more fun than us" is an understatement.

I want tracks for my Subie for no other reason than to just have them.

I bet this kit is sold at select NAPA auto supply stores in the near future.
