In case that description wasn't sufficient, that man is none other than Mr. Clean, the iconic trademark and popular squeaky-clean brand name from Proctor and Gamble. P&G is best known for its line of consumer goods, including a home car-wash kit, but the company is now branching out to include franchised bricks-and-mortar car washes.
Currently, the P&G is operating two Mr. Clean Car Washes in Cincinnati, Ohio, where the company is based, and to expedite the process of opening more, P&G recently purchased the franchise assets of Carnett's Car Wash. It may not seem like the best time to launch a new franchise operation, but P&G believes that its well-known brand and marketing scheme will make its offering an attractive option for those looking to become franchisees.
