Autoblog Podcast #109

It's an end of the year extravaganza, and the final podcast of 2008 is a four-man show for added value. Chris, Sam, and Dan are joined by John Neff, and many things are covered over the course of 80 minutes. Of course, the SHO features prominently, and there's a good whack of nostalgia when talk turns to the list of cars that didn't deserve their engines. Maybe we covered some actual news, but we definitely had a great time kicking the ball around on Autoblog Podcast #109. See you next year, and keep those questions/comments/suggestions rolling in to podcast at autoblog dot com.

Seriously if I have to listen to you guys talk about the spirit of the SHO, the possibility of a new SHO, or anything SHO for another 30 minutes again I am going to blow my brains out.
Luv you guys!

Re: The LM002 as a vehicle for the US Army...
Does the autoblog team not realize that Italy is a member of Nato, and the Nato countries buy plenty of equipment from each other? Including the pistol in use by the US Army, the Italian Beretta M9, or the German H&K MP5s used by just about everyone including the Navy Seals, the M240 machine gun made by Beglian FN, and so on.....
In vehicles, the Strykes are based on a Swiss design (Not even a Nato member!), and the Marine Corps use something they call Fast Attack Vehicle, which Mercedes calls the G-wagon.
