The Jaguar XF-R is almost complete, and the house of the saltant feline looks to retain its suite of exceptionally modest modifications for the hottest version of its hottest seller. Outside, the car gets hood vents and larger intakes for better breathing, and a sliver of a trunk spoiler hovering over quad tailpipes out back. Larger wheels wearing lower profile rubber hanging off of a seriously firm suspension will be on the menu, all the better to harness the signature trait of an R car: the 500-horsepower supercharged V8 up front. We'll see it some time next year, our bet is at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

Beautiful, but is this a sedan or 4 door coupe?
I got to spend some time in the XF and it is a sedan. there's a lot of space and a middle seat in the rear, unlike the CLS.
At least Jaguar doesn't label sleek sedans as coupes.

But I know where MB is comming from with the CLS. They don't want to say CLS: the sexy sleek sedan! That would mean they admit that the E looks like a taxi...

Paint it black, and I see a great car for Transporter 4.

Wow, the back-end of the car get's a lift with the 4 exhausts. So cool. But I'd love to see some LED-lights (Like Audi S6) on the front to take a bit focus off the design-destroying headlights.

I really like it, but i can't help but seeing the GS in the first profile pic. But its still super SEXY.

The first Jag I'd ever lust over.

Quick, someone call Jaguar and tell them to stop using those leftover Ford sourced headlights, before it's too late.
nah. if anything they should've sourced better/other Ford ones to begin with vs. making these ugly as sin XF-specific ones.

for instance... the headlights on the current Falcon XRs would've looked a lot better than what they used.

even flipped upside-down to get the scallop on top (like the production XF lights) they'd probably *still* look better than what they used.

        i) it would have looked better
ii) no one would notice outside of Australia anyway
