Pirelli calendar goes native, loses its mind for 2009 [NSFW]
The auto industry's crème de la crème have been on the receiving end of Pirelli's exclusive, high-style calendar since its introduction in 1964. And while we're still waiting for our name to be added the mailing list, Pirelli has been kind enough to give us peons a glimpse of the 2009 edition, along with a host of outtake images. For the 45th installment, Pirelli has finally nixed any and all automotive references, opting instead for an artsy safari theme that brings elephants and nipples together in a NSFW extravaganza. I think the calendar's style is spot of for our times. With all the foreclosures and coming layoffs, a lot of people in the automotive industry will be living in caves. :(

What a joke of a web site. Mini picture, and the zoom is almost 25% larger. Why can't people do real web pages instead of the crappy flash pages that don't work. The pictures weren't good enough for me to view more than a couple before I gave up.

Probably wasn't your IT department, rather whatever automated proxy software they use got an automatic update that flags the site.
Trust me, while many of us (IT guys) can be real bastards, most of us have better stuff to do than make life hell for our users. We do stuff because management says "this is how it should be" - we're just doing our jobs...
